Getting an error when signing in?

There are now new security measures in place from my web host that I can’t control, but thankfully there is a work-around.

Your password is likely not secure enough and will need to be reset. Here’s how:

Clear your internet cache, then use the “Forgot Password?” link above and change your password to something with the following criteria:

  • At least 12 characters long
  • Does not contain real words
  • Is a mix of letters, numbers, symbols, and cases

If you still can’t log in, your password is likely still not secure enough and you should repeat the process again.
